Description
The Farmhouse is a brick farmhouse dating from the mid to late 18th century, with alterations made in the mid 19th century and mid 20th century. It has a rubble base and brick walls, with some areas of rubble walling. The steeply pitched slate roof is hipped, and features brick end stacks. The farmhouse has three storeys and a cellar. It is arranged with three bays, marked by end quoin strips. The windows have ashlar sills and all are four-pane sashes with cambered heads on the ground and first floors. The central entrance has a gabled canopy supported by shaped brackets, a 20th-century half-glazed door, and a transom light with three glazing bars.
