Description

Manor Farmhouse is a brick farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The brick is whitewashed and partly rendered, and the roof is covered in concrete tiles. The house is arranged in a T-shape, comprising a three-room north-south range with a two-room wing to the east containing the main entrance.

The east wing has a symmetrical two-window south front. The central entrance has a 20th-century half-glazed panelled door beneath a timber lintel, flanked by six-pane ground-floor sash windows. The first floor has a band and three six-pane first-floor sash windows, with a central ridge stack. A wing projects to the left, with single six-pane sashes to each floor, a first-floor band, a gable-end with a six-pane ground-floor sash, and an imitation half-timbered gable with a bargeboard. A ridge stack is also present. The west front, formed of three builds, has irregular fenestration, including four first-floor windows. It features a board door, a variety of 19th-century sash windows with glazing bars, and some 20th-century windows. A first-floor band extends to the far right.

Inside, the rear of the farmhouse has spine-beams. There are 18th-century fitted cupboards with fielded-panel doors, one with a Greek key frieze.
