2/19 Main Lodge to Abberley Hall (that part in Abberley CP) -

Lodge. Circa 1883, possibly by J P St Aubyn for J J Jones of Abberley Hall (qv). Coursed, squared rubble with freestone dressings, plain tiled roof. In a Tudor Gothic style and on an irregular T-plan. 2 storeys. Single bay to each wing; 1:3:1-light bay window with trefoil heads and transoms in gable end of each wing, 3-light casement windows with ovolo moulded mullions on first floor and single light window to right of porch which projects under a lean-to roof in the re- entrant angle and has an outer Caernarvon arch doorway and an inner plank door. Square tablets with Jones crest in each gable end and projecting rubble stack with in-built seat under a blind arch on left hand gable. The Lodge is partly in the Civic Parish of Great Witley and the nearby gates and walls are entirely within the Civil Parish of Great Witley.
