House, formerly water-powered mill. Early C19. Brick with tile roof. Three storeys, with third storey blind at front. Openings have segmental heads. Three bays towards left have central loading doorway on first floor, now glazed, above ground floor doorway. Towards the right is a fourth bay with a doorway on the ground floor. A fifth bay is within a rebuilt two-storey lean-to which formerly housed the wheel. Chimney on front wall to right of first bay. Right-hand gable wall has window above roof of lean-to, lighting third storey.

Interior: said to contain no machinery.
