Description

This is a house dating from the 17th century, which was later refronted in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of timber framing and brick, with a tile roof. The house is one storey high with an attic. It has two bays. The ground floor windows have three lights, featuring timber mullions and segmental heads. Upper windows are partially within gabled dormers. The front door, situated between the two bays, has a gabled timber hood supported by brackets. A chimney is located in line with the door. Both gable walls feature exposed timber framing arranged in irregular square panels, with vertical struts between the tie-beam and collar and V-struts above. The interior has not been inspected.
