Farmhouse, now house. C17 with mid-C19 alterations. Timber-framed with painted brick infill and replacement walling, rubble plinth and plain tiled roof. Two framed bays aligned east/west; external chimney with detached brick stack at west gable end. Two storeys and cellar. Framing: four rows of panels from sill to wall-plate, long straight braces across lower corners, collar and tie-beam trusses with struts and, at west end, a V-strut in the apex. South front elevation: 2-light and 3-light ground floor casement and two 2-light first floor casements; cellar door to right of centre. Interior not inspected. A rubble single-bay addition encloses the external west chimney and has a lobby entrance; two storeys with dentilled eaves cornice and ground and first floor 2-light casements; entrance has a lean-to timber porch and C19 door. Also a rubble single-bay addition to east gable end; single storey and attic; C20 multi-paned door with cambered head to front elevation and attic light in gable end.
