Shown on OS map as Well Farm. House. C17, C20 additions and alterations. Timber-framed, rendered wattle- and-daub infill, tiled roof, rebuilt brick ridge stack and north side of roof at west end. Three framed bays; single storey and attic with dormers. Square framing, 3 panels from sill to wall-plate, long diagonal brace in south elevation, and east gable end has short straight braces in upper corners and an exposed queen strut truss. Front elevation of old part has 2 C20 ground floor casements, a first floor casement and a gabled dormer and casement. Rear elevation of C17 part has 3 ground floor casements, 2 gabled dormers with casements, a planked door to west bay and also planked door to right of central bay with timber-framed porch and lean-to tiled roof. Bay window and attic light in east gable end. Interior has single, trenched purlins, intermediate collar trusses, stop-chamfered main beams, back-to-back fire- places at east end of central bay with original winder staircase at north side of chimney. A 2 storey C20 extension adjoins north elevation of west bay and contains present main entrance in east elevation.
