Description

This is a late 17th-century house located on Lower Ferry Lane in Powick. It is constructed of timber framing and brick, with a tile roof. The timber frame is visible as three irregular rows of square panels, featuring short straight braces to the wall-plate. The house is one storey high with an attic. It has one window on the ground floor, fitted with an external shutter, and an attic dormer. A door is situated to the right of the window, sheltered by an open timber porch. A chimney is located on the right-hand side. The right-hand gable wall is brick and features a moulded string course at eaves level.
