Farmhouse, now house. C17 refronted mid-C18 with mid-C19 and mid-C20 altera- tions. Brick with plain tiled roof and end stacks. Two storeys with cogged eaves cornice. Four bays; ground floor has a C19 hipped bay window with plain sashes and two 16-pane C20 sashes; on first floor are four 16-pane C20 sashes; central entrance with C20 door. Main entrance in lean-to addition at right side and has half-glazed C20 door. To rear left is a timber-framed wing of two framed bays with rendered infill; two storeys and attic; four panels from sill to wall-plate, small swept upper corner braces and collar and tie-beam truss with three struts at gable end. C20 casements throughout; gable end has 2-light window on both floors (ground floor window has flanking lights) and an attic light; stable door, two first floor windows and a skylight in west side. To the left of this west side elevation is a probable arched doorhead.
