Description

Kennels Cottage is a house dating back to the 17th century, with alterations made in the mid-19th century and later in the 20th century. It is timber-framed with brick infill and a tile roof. The building's two main bays run north-east to south-west, with a rear chimney stack. The house has one storey and an attic space, lit by two gabled dormers. On the ground floor are two two-light casement windows, and the central entrance has a 20th-century gabled porch. The timber framing is arranged in four square panels in height, and the gable truss features three struts to the collar.
