A symmetrical pair of houses built around 1840. The properties are constructed of stucco with a hipped slate roof. They are two storeys high and have a six-window front, with the ends projecting. The design follows a double-depth plan. A sill course runs along the first floor, and there is a top frieze and wide eaves. Most windows are sash windows. The ground floor has an altered window with a tripartite sash featuring 12 panes on the left end, 12-pane sashes centrally, French windows centrally, and a tripartite window with narrow colonnettes and paired pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice on the right end. The first floor has incised pilaster strips and friezes to the windows, with 9-pane sashes; a horned sash is on the left end and a French window with a wrought-iron balcony is on the right end. There are three cross-axial chimney stacks, the central one having a cornice. The three-window right return features projecting elements flanking the entrance; the ground floor windows have architraves, friezes, and cornices over 12-pane sashes, while the first-floor windows have 9-pane sashes and a 12-pane sash to the wing. The entrance has a porch with paired narrow pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice. The left return is similar, with windows featuring moulded sills to the first floor and some later sash windows. An entrance has an architrave and an Ionic portico. Later extensions have been added to the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
