Description
This building, comprising 63, 65, and 67 Tettenhall Road, along with No. 11 Clarendon Street, is a terrace of four houses built in the 1840s. Constructed from brick with ashlar dressings, it features a hipped slate roof and a double-depth plan. The terrace stands three storeys tall and has a nine-window range. There is a sill course on the first floor, along with a top frieze and cornice.
The windows have plain surrounds; the ground floor includes tripartite windows with 12-pane sashes, while the left end window, which is part of No. 11, features a tripartite sash with a frieze and a consoled cornice above a 12-pane tripartite sash. The first floor has 12-pane sashes, with a tripartite sash at the left end. The second floor has 6-pane sashes, with three windows above the left end window of the first floor.
There are three round-headed entrances, each adorned with pilasters, archivolts, and keystones, as well as fanlights with decorative glazing bars and glazed doors. The building also has four large stacks paired across the ridge. The symmetrical three-window range facing Clarendon Street displays similar architectural details.
