Description
No. 38 Tettenhall Road is a house, now used as an office, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of stucco and features a parapeted roof. The building stands three storeys tall and has a four-window range. There is a top cornice and a blocking course. The windows have sills supported by anthemion brackets, with 12-pane horned sashes that include horizontal panes; the second floor has windows with 10-pane sashes. The entrance, located in the fourth bay, features an overlight with decorative glazing bars and a six-fielded-panel door. The porch is adorned with antae, an entablature, and a shallow pediment with anthemions. This building is included for its group value.
