House, now office. Early C19. Stucco with parapeted roof. 3 storeys; 4-window range. Top cornice and blocking course. Windows have sills on anthemion brackets, 12-pane horned sashes with horizontal panes; windows with 10-pane sashes to 2nd floor. Entrance to 4th bay has overlight with decorative glazing bars and 6-fielded-panel door; porch with antae, entablature and shallow pediment with anthemions. Included for group value.
