Description
No. 2 Belmont is a house that has been converted into offices, built in the early 19th century. The building is constructed of stucco, with a rusticated appearance on the lower storey. It has three storeys and features a three-window range with entrances on either side. The entrances have six-panelled doors topped with fanlights, all set in moulded architraves. There is a centrally located 16-pane sash window, as well as another central window on the first floor that is adorned with a pediment supported by console brackets. The outer windows on this floor are also framed in moulded architraves. The building is topped with a cornice and a parapet that includes a shallow central pediment.
