Description
Belmont Bank House is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a plain tiled roof. The building has three storeys, with a doorway located in the side elevation facing Belmont Bank, which includes two blind windows and two 12-pane sash windows. There are two axial stacks. The principal elevation faces southwest and has a three-storeyed coped gable with three windows on each floor. All the windows have finely gauged brick heads and moulded brick sills. The ground-floor windows are 12-pane sashes, with two blind windows above and casements in the attic. The house also features a string course and stone kneelers at the gable coping.
