Description

No. 4 Milk Street is a house now used for commercial purposes. It dates from the early 19th century and may have been refronted from a structure originally built in the 16th or 17th century. The building likely has a timber frame with a painted brick facade and a plain tiled roof. It stands three storeys high and features a two-window range. There are entrances on either side of an inserted shop front. The upper windows are 4-pane sashes with flat-arched stuccoed heads, and there is a parapet at the eaves.
