Description

The building is a brewhouse located to the left of The Boat Public House, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a tiled roof. The structure is two stories high and square in shape, with the gable facing the street. There are entrances on both the ground and first floors, and it has a return lateral stack. A boarded window is present on the right return. This brewhouse is a rare example of such a facility situated next to a public house.
