Description
This is a terrace of four houses located on Grove Terrace. They date from the early to mid-19th century and are now used as offices. The buildings are constructed of stuccoed brick and form a symmetrical composition of two storeys and six bays. Giant pilasters are located between all the bays, except for the two central ones, which are topped with triangular pediments. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, and are tripartite (three-part) in most bays. Bays two and five each have a paired doorway set within a stucco pilaster doorcase with a cornice. Brick chimneys are present on the end walls and in line with the pediments.
