Description
This is an outbuilding, possibly a stable block, located approximately 10 metres north-west of Cedar Court. It dates from the mid-19th century and is constructed of brick in English bond with a tile roof. The building has a symmetrical design featuring a central gabled range that is two storeys high, flanked by single-storey wings that are set back on each side. Each wing contains two round-headed windows with iron frames and glazing bars. A brick dentil course runs along the eaves, serving as a string course around the front of the central range. The central range features two round arches with a central brick pier, along with a smaller arch on both return walls, leading into an open lobby. On the first floor, there are two narrow round-headed windows with iron glazing bars, and a round window is located under the apex of the gable. The main range has two chimneys on its ridge. This building is included for its group value.
