Description

No 15 Church Street is an early 19th-century office building located in Oldbury. It is constructed of brick in Flemish bond, featuring stucco dressings and a slate roof. The building has two storeys and two bays. On the ground floor, there are two bowed windows with glazing bars. The first-floor windows are sashed without glazing bars, and they have a sill band along with lintels that include chamfered false voussoirs and a keystone. The door on the left side has a moulded round head, impost blocks, a keystone, and a fanlight above.
