Description

No. 8 Dunham Road is an early 19th-century office building constructed of brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and features five bays in a double-depth layout. Originally, there was a carriage entry in the first bay and the main door was located in the fourth bay. The building has a stone plinth, sill bands, a first-floor band, modillion eaves, and a pitched roof. The 20th-century door is framed by a moulded stone surround, which includes enriched console brackets and a cornice. The four ground floor windows and five first floor windows have cambered brick arches, stone sill bands, and 20th-century replacement sashes. The second floor windows have semi-circular heads and 20th-century glazing.
