Description

No 199 Picton Road is an early 19th-century house constructed of brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. The building has two storeys and three bays, topped with a cornice. The windows feature wedge lintels and are sash windows with glazing bars. The central entrance is round-headed and has a moulded surround with impost blocks. On the right side, there is a three-light sliding sash window with glazing bars. The house is set back behind a garage forecourt.
