Description

The building is a former Roman Catholic Chapel, dating from around 1834. It is constructed of red brick with stone dressings and is designed in the Gothic style. The chapel features pointed arched narrow windows with geometrical glazing bars, with four windows on the sides and two on the front. The west end gable is adorned with octagonal squat pinnacles and includes a niche with a statue above an ogee hood moulding that frames a two-fold door set in a pointed arch.
