Description
Nos 9-13 on Corporation Street is a commercial building dating from around 1880. It is constructed of limestone ashlar and features a roof that is not visible. The design is free style, incorporating a Venetian-style attic storey. The building stands three storeys tall with an attic and has a symmetrical arrangement of three windows. The shop front is from the 20th century. On either side of the three two-storey canted bay windows, which have stone-transomed lights, are blocked and fluted pilasters. The attic storey is designed in a Venetian manner, featuring keyed blind windows above keyed and paired semi-circular arched windows.
