Description
House in Rookery Park is an early to mid 18th century building that has been extensively remodeled in the early 19th century, with later alterations and additions. It is constructed of stucco and features a slated roof. The house has three storeys and consists of seven bays, with the center bay recessed. The entrance is located in the fifth bay and is framed by an open porch supported by unfluted Doric columns. There are narrow bands at the sill levels of the first and second floors. All the windows are sash windows, mostly with glazing bars. To the right, there is a single-storeyed, two-bay addition that has segment-headed sash windows, along with more additions on the right side and at the back of the house.
