Description
Erdington Cottage Homes, built in 1898, is part of a model housing scheme located on the west side of Fentham Road in Erdington. This group includes Nos 2 to 20 (even) and No 2A, which are identical to Nos 1 to 15 and consist of detached and semi-detached 'cottage' units set behind lawns. Notably, No 10, which was originally a pair of cottages, features larger canted bay windows and wooden baluster column porches. No 2A was constructed as the warden's house.
