Description

The Leisure Centre, formerly the chapel and hall for the Aston Union Cottage Homes, was built in 1898 and is located at the north end of the west side of Fentham Road in Erdington. It features a simple Queen Anne brick design with a gabled front. The hall, situated on the north side, has a north elevation that includes tall round-headed windows. Each bay is highlighted by shallow buttresses and topped with pediment gables.
