Description
Nos 24 and 26 High Street are a pair of cottages dating from around 1800. They are built of stucco and have a slate roof. The cottages are two storeys high, with each cottage having three bays. On the ground floor, there is a central late 19th-century doorway and two windows. The first floor features three windows. All the windows are sash style and include glazing bars, with the windows of No 26 having shutters. No 24 has a door beneath a flat hood supported by brackets, along with a fanlight and flanking panels of ornamental glass. No 26 includes a single-storeyed timber forebuilding with a porch at one corner.
