Late C18 lock-keeper's cottage on the Warwick and Birmingham Canal. Red brick. Hipped slate roof with brick dentil eaves. Two storeys - one window range. First floor two-light casement with glazing bars. Ground floor splayed bay window of sashes with glazing bars. Right hand plain doorway with plank door and segmental arch. Single storey wing to right with similar bay window, gable- ended roof and lean-to roof at rear.
