Description

Water View is a late 18th century lock-keeper's cottage located on the Warwick and Birmingham Canal. The building is constructed of red brick and features a hipped slate roof with brick dentil eaves. It stands two storeys tall and has one window range. The first floor includes a two-light casement window with glazing bars, while the ground floor has a splayed bay window with sash windows, also featuring glazing bars. To the right, there is a plain doorway with a plank door and a segmental arch. Additionally, there is a single storey wing to the right, which has a similar bay window, a gable-ended roof, and a lean-to roof at the rear.
