Brick; slate roof; brick ridge stack to centre. 2-storey, 2-window range. Sash door to left with segmental brick head and gabled hood. 3-light casement with segmental brick head to left of centre. C19 lean-to addition to ground floor right. C20 casements to altered openings to first floor. Interior not inspected. Included for group value. [ 5]
