GV II

House. C17 with probably earlier origins and later additions and alterations including C20 range to left. Small timber-framing with painted brick infill, gabled plain-tile roof. 3-unit plan. EXTERIOR: single-storey with attic; 3-window range to ground floor. Entrance off-centre to left has a plank door in moulded wood frame under gabled timber porch. To left a canted bay window, to right are 3-light casements with glazing bars. 2 gabled roof dormers with casement windows with glazing bars. Outshut to rear under catslide roof has timber-framing. Rear internal stack. INTERIOR: reputed to have chamfered beams, plank doors and wide oak floorboards.
