Description
The Barn is a 17th-century barn that has been converted into a house, likely between 1950 and 1970. It features small timber-framing with tension braces and brick nogging on both the front and rear, along with a painted brick outshut at the front and a renewed plain-tile roof. The building has a long rectangular plan and is two storeys high with five bays. The entrance is located in the front outshut, which has a pentice roof. The doors and windows are from the 20th century, including an off-centre part-glazed door in a wooden frame. The ground floor has four multi-pane casements and garage doors to the right, while the first floor features casements with lead cames. The roof is steeply pitched, and there is an internal stack. The interior has not been inspected.
