Boathouse. Mid C19. Probably by John Gibson. Coursed squared limestone; hipped Welsh slate roof. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. Elevation to pool has loggia over round-headed boat arch; coped wall over arch has ramped wings and piers with finials; loggia has paired timber columns with iron capitals supporting roof; latticed timber balustrade. INTERIOR: barrel-vaulted ceiling with decorative plaster scrollwork panels and moulded corners.
