House. Early C18. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled thatched roof with brick cross-axial stack. Single-unit plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; single-window range. Entrance has timber lintel over C20 door in gabled porch with thatched hood. Window to right has timber lintel over 2-light leaded casement with iron opening casement; first floor has similar casement. Rear has lean-to outshut with tile roof and 2 C20 gabled dormers. INTERIOR: not inspected. Part of a row of 4 houses with 27, 29 and 30 (qqv).
