Description

Croft Cottage is an early 18th-century house located on Village Street, Combrook. It is part of a row of four houses, including numbers 27, 28, and 30. The construction consists of coursed limestone rubble with a gabled thatched roof and a brick cross-axial stack. The house has a single-unit plan.

The exterior is two storeys high with a single window range. The entrance has a timber lintel over a renewed door. A two-light leaded casement window is located to the right, with an iron opening casement. A similar casement window is present on the first floor. The rear of the cottage features a lean-to outshut with a slate roof and two 20th-century gabled dormers.

The interior of the cottage was not inspected at the time of listing.
