Description

The Presbytery is a farmhouse dating from the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed of squared, coursed limestone with quoins and coped gables, topped with a 20th-century tile roof and brick end stacks. The building is two storeys plus an attic and features a two-window range with a two-unit plan.

At the centre, there is a 19th-century plank door with a wood lintel. To the left, a 19th-century two-light casement window has a wood lintel that continues over a blocked door, while a single-light casement is located to the right. On the first floor, there are 12-pane sash windows to the left and right, both with wood lintels. A gabled dormer with a two-light casement is positioned on the roof to the left.

Extending forward from the right side is a one-storey stone range that includes a central six-panelled door and a casement window to the right. There is also a further single-storey building to the right, creating a U-shaped plan. A stable door and a 19th-century casement window are found on the right side. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
