Farmhouse. C18. Squared, coursed limestone with quoins and coped gables. Imitation stone slate roof with ashlar ridge and end stack. 3 storeys; 4-window range. L-shaped plan. To centre a part-glazed, 6-panelled door within a C20 stone porch. To left, right and centre of first floor a C20 paned casement in original opening with stone lintel with keyblock. To second floor four C20 paned casements with wood lintels. Further casements to rear with stone lintels and keyblocks. Interior: chamfered spine beams with double broach, ogee and plain stops. Large open fireplace with timber bressumer. Some stone flagged floors.
