Description
Terrett Court is a 17th-century town house that has been converted into a shop. It features a timber-frame structure with plaster infill and brick underbuilding, topped with a tile roof that has a truncated brick end stack. The building has a right-angle plan. The ground floor includes a 20th-century shop window, while the first floor boasts a 20th-century three-light transomed projecting window with leaded glazing. The right side of the building has a late 20th-century lean-to outshut that includes a lock-up shop, with exposed timber-frame visible on the right end and a first-floor window. The documented history of the building dates back to 1712, and it is included for its group value.
