House. c1830. Brick laid to Flemish bond with stucco dressings; gabled Welsh slate roof; stack not visible. single-unit plan to street. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. Top dentilled brick cornice. Entrance to left of centre has doorcase with panelled pilaster strips and bracketed pediment to 4-fielded-panel door. Canted bay window to right has entablature over 2/2:8/8:2/2 sashes; first floor has windows with stucco wedge lintels with key blocks over 8/8 sashes in moulded frames. Rear wing with lower addition and small window with margin-light glazing. INTERIOR: not inspected.
