Description
House at 109 High Street, Henley-in-Arden, dates from the late 18th century. It is constructed of painted brick with stucco dressings and features a gabled slate roof with brick stacks at the rear. The building has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high with a two-window range.
The central entrance includes a narrow porch supported by timber posts, leading to a 20th-century battened door. On either side of the entrance are canted bay windows with chamfered frames and small-paned glazing, all covered by a hipped pentice. To the right, there is a segmental-headed passageway entrance with a plank door. The first floor has windows with stucco wedge lintels above three-light small-paned casements, which have late 20th-century shutters. The interior has not been inspected.
