Description
31 Bridge Street is a town house that has been converted into a shop. It was built in 1812 and features a stucco exterior with a tiled roof and brick end stacks. The building has three storeys and a three-window range, topped with a plain parapet. The shop front, which dates from the late 19th century or early 20th century, includes a central entrance, windows with small upper lights, and an entablature. The upper windows have sills, with a blind central window; the first floor has 12-pane sash windows, while the second floor has 6-pane sash windows. There is a notable rainwater head at the left end of the building.
