Description

The outbuilding range behind Home Farmhouse is a Grade II listed structure, likely a wing of a former farmhouse, dating from the 17th century. It is constructed of squared coursed ironstone and features quoins and a stone-coped gable on the left side. The building has a slate roof with stone end stacks that are set diagonally. It stands two storeys tall and has a one-window range.

On the right side, there is a plank door framed by a plain wood surround. To the left of the door and also to the left of the first floor, there is a three-light stone mullioned window with iron bars, a hood mould, and label stops. At the far left of the ground floor, there is a small one-light window with iron bars. Additionally, there is another three-light mullioned window at the rear, which features ovolo mouldings, a hood mould, and a label stop.

Inside, the building has stone flagged floors and a chamfered beam with a stepped stop. There is also an open fireplace with a bressumer that has a broach stop. Attached to the left is a 19th-century outbuilding range that includes doorways in the Early English style.
