Description
The outbuildings at Home Farmhouse are a stable that has been converted into an outbuilding, dating from the early 19th century. They are constructed from squared coursed ironstone and topped with a corrugated asbestos roof, featuring a brick lateral stack. The building is one storey high with a hayloft.
On the ground floor, from left to right, there is a 20th-century door in its original opening with an overlight, a cart entry with a segmental head (now fitted with a 20th-century garage door), two stable doors, and two board doors with overlights. There is also a three-light small-paned casement window, all of which have gauged stone heads. Above, there is a taking-in door and two two-light casement windows. A three-light casement window is located in the gable end facing the street. The outbuildings are included for their group value.
