Farmhouse, now house. Probably mid C18 with later additions and alterations including those of c1860. Reddish-brown brick in Flemish bond with plain-tile roof. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attics, 3-window range with single-storey, single-bay ranges to sides and C19 range to rear. Central entrance a 6-fielded-panel door in stuccoed brick porch with Doric pilasters, frieze, architrave and cornice. C20 casements throughout have wooden mullion and transom windows, 3-light to outer bays, 2-light to centre first-floor bay, all within original window openings under cambered brick arches. Rubbed dentil eaves band. Hipped roof to main range. Roof dormers have 2-light casements and hipped roofs. 2 stacks to apex of hip at each side, right external stack. Hipped roofs to side ranges. INTERIOR: original joinery includes panelled shutters visible to ground-floor rooms. Believed to have fireplaces and staircase of c1860.
