Town house, now offices. Late C15 or early C16, with later alterations. Timber-frame and stucco; tile roof with 2 brick rear stacks. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Stucco ground floor; jettied 1st floor on curved braces and joist ends; timber top cornice. Entrance to right of centre has plank door. 5- and 3-light transomed windows to ground floor have leaded glazing and applied timber-framed aprons; 1st floor has 3-light gabled half-dormers split by cornice. Gabled rear wings. INTERIOR noted as having exposed timber-framing and chamfered beams. (Bearman R: Stratford-upon-Avon: A History of its Streets and Buildings: Nelson: 1988-: 51).
