GV II

Farmhouse, formerly 2 cottages. Early C19. Squared, coursed limestone with ironstone quoins. New tile roof with brick ridge and end stacks. 2 storeys. 3-window range. L-shaped plan. To centre left a C20 door with stone lintel. To left and right a large 12-pane casement. To centre right a fixed 9-pane casement in blocked doorway. Further 12-pane casement to right. Windows have stone lintels. To first floor left, centre and right a 12-pane casement with wood lintels. Dentilled brick eaves cornice. Interior: said to have spine beams and original roof timbers.
