Description
Colledge Farmhouse is a farmhouse that was formerly two cottages, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed from squared, coursed limestone with ironstone quoins and features a new tile roof with brick ridge and end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range with an L-shaped plan.
On the ground floor, there is a 20th-century door with a stone lintel to the center left, flanked by large 12-pane casement windows. To the center right, there is a fixed 9-pane casement in a blocked doorway, with another 12-pane casement window to the right. All windows have stone lintels. The first floor features three 12-pane casement windows with wood lintels, located to the left, center, and right. The eaves cornice is dentilled brick.
Inside, the farmhouse is said to have spine beams and original roof timbers.
