Description

The Old Farm House is a farmhouse, now a house, dating from the early 18th century, with additions from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of regularly coursed limestone and features an old tile roof with coped gable parapets. The end and ridge stacks are made of ashlar and have splayed string courses and cornices. The building has a three-unit plan, is two storeys high with an attic, and has a four-window range. There is a flush six-panelled door in the third bay, which is topped by a pedimented hood supported by brackets. The windows are mid to late 20th century metal casements, with three lights on the ground floor and two lights above the door. The building also has old painted wood lintels. The interior has not been inspected.
