Description
Hollytree Cottage is a cottage dating from the 17th century to early 18th century, with later alterations. It features roughcast timber framing and has a corrugated asbestos roof, likely covering thatch. The cottage has a roughcast internal stack at the rear and is designed with a two-unit plan. It is one storey high with an attic and has a one-window range. There is a 19th-century plank door located in the right corner, with a window to the left that both have segmental arches. The windows include 2-light and 3-light casements with glazing bars. On the right side, there is a swept dormer that contains a 3-light cross-glazed casement. Inside, the cottage showcases exposed framing.
