Description
Old Well Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 17th century, with some alterations made in the 19th century. It features large timber framing with painted brick infill and a thatched roof, along with a brick stack. The layout is likely a lobby-entry plan. The cottage is single storey with an attic and has a three-window range. The central entrance is a plank door beneath a gabled tiled porch. The ground floor has an irregular arrangement of five casement windows, and there are three swept dormers in the roof. A central ridge stack is present. The interior has not been inspected. To the right of the main cottage, there is a 20th-century single-storey wing with a gabled tile roof.
