Description

Peppard Farm House is an 18th-century farmhouse, later altered in the 19th century and now used as a house. It is constructed of rendered material with a plain old-tile roof and brick stacks. The building follows a three-unit plan, with two storeys and an attic. The front elevation features a three-window arrangement. A six-panel door is positioned to the right of centre, sheltered by a gabled tiled porch, added in the 20th century. Tripartite sash windows without glazing bars are present on both the ground and first floors to the left and right. The roof is hipped to the right-hand side and includes three hipped dormers. Chimneys are located at the rear of the property. Inside, the fireplace on the ground floor’s right-hand side incorporates a bread oven.
